Shipping policy

Every piece is handcrafted after you order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to build and finish your item before it ships. Custom and engraved pieces may take a bit longer. If we expect a delay, we'll reach out to let you know.

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from our family workshop in Polk County, Florida. Complimentary shipping on orders $200+. Only the price of your pieces counts toward the $200 — tax and shipping don't.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your piece. Qualifying orders receive the lowest-priced carrier option free, automatically selected for you. Faster upgrades cost only the difference. You'll see your choices and the exact cost before you pay.

Once your piece ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door. You can also look up your order any time on our Track Order page.

We pack every piece with care. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos (if damaged), and we'll work with you to make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it as long as your piece hasn't shipped yet.
